You might want to avoid the ski in / ski out accommodation as depending on the weather, it could be hike in / hike out. Webbapril is fantastic for skiing (early in the month anyway). usually sunny with cool mornings which makes the conditions rather firm. by 11 am'ish, the snow softens nicely and it is nice and warm too. skiing till 4 pm in sun soaked conditions is very nice. later in teh month you can sometimes see people skiing in shorts/tshirts (not recommended!)
