WebAsking because lee #2 shell holder kinda sucks. I’ve narrowed a similar primer seating issue with 556 down to the shell holder. Swaging helps, but the key was to use lee universal decapper to align the flash hole with the primer ram, then seat the primer. I also had to orient the holder at a specific angle to reduce seating pressure.
